Today’s Champagne Sunday recipe is not your traditional champagne cocktail. It’s the drink I was having when my husband proposed to me. I’ve only seen it on the menu at one lounge, Pazo’s; but, I order it every time we go there for cocktails. It’s called La Vie En Rose, and I guess for sentimental reasons, it’s really is my favorite drink, but I’m renaming it, “The Proposal.” Peep the mixology below.
